I absolutely would recommend Lisa Marie as a home inspector! You can really, really tell that she knows what she is doing! She explained everything to me in easy to understand layman's terms. Her written inspection report was the same. She asked me to come inside and follow her as she did the inspection. Thus she would point out things to me whether it be certain controls I should know about or things that could end up being issues, among other things. As a result, I was very impressed with her work and the great pleasant nature she exhibited. If I have to have another home inspection or know somebody who does, I will call on Lisa Marie! Why? Because I couldn't have asked for better!

Really enjoyed talking to the inspector. Very kind and patient. Was available whenever we needed it. We used her twice. Did a great job answering questions and did a great job. A few copy and pasted comments I think as inspection mentions snow in the way but it was May and no snow had fallen in weeks. And SUPER NOT happy that they give your email and phone number away to another company who HARASSES YOU. I got multiple emails, calls, and texts even though I never asked for their service and was never told they would be giving my info away.

Lisa Marie is an extraordinary professional in every way! She was prompt, cheerful and thorough. Her final report was amazingly detailed and informative with sample pictures of each problem; she also revealed many items of which we were unaware. We were allowed to walk through the inspection with Lisa and we learned so much; she was wonderfully helpful in answering our questions in a straight-forward, common sense manner. Lastly, the digital report and the software she provided are terrific! You can generate repair reports straight from the documents for the seller or the repair subcontractors. This is by far, the best service I have ever used. Look no further; Lisa was terrific!

Lisa Marie is very knowledgeable in what she does and quite happy to share that knowledge! We learned a LOT about home inspections - there's more to a home than just living in it! The home we are purchasing has a few issues but nothing that can't be easily remedied.
