Wow! This guy is serious about home inspections! I was able to stand by while he inspected my future home and I was amazed at how thorough he was. This was not a fly through inspection! He checked everything from light fixtures to the depth of the attic insulation and everything in between! I was provided a pluthera of information about the condition of the property. I highly recommend this inspector and he was a genuinely nice guy too!!

Michael Macaluso did an excellent inspection of our new home! He went through every corner of the house, inside and outside, and pointed safety issues and made recommendations to protect our new house from future deterioration. He answered all the questions we asked him with excellent attitude and knowledge. The inspection report was on its platform in less than 24 hours. It was a detailed report, with recommendations and very easy to access and read. You also have the option to check point by point and create a list to send to the seller for repair, and / or replacement, which made our work much easier.
