Clay did a great job! He was very professional, yet very friendly. He went over every nook and cranny in the house, as well as the outside of the house. He found one problem and took the time to explain to me exactly what it was and why it was a problem. I found Clay through the recommendation of my realtor. Clay was incredible! He called us ahead of time and told us exactly what to expect from his inspection. We were unable to be there, but had a friend there in our place. Our friend reported that Clay was extremely thorough and professional. As soon as the inspection was over, Clay called us with his preliminary report. He provided us with a detailed written report and summary, as well as a wind mitigation report. Clay followed up to make sure we had all we needed from the report and offered his assistance if we have any questions, now or in the future.
