One small detail that I think some customers would appreciate is including the both husband and wife in an initial email even if it is sent to the wife alone include both. It didn’t bother us at all! I've seen Jimmie do a through investigation of the properties I'm interested in purchasing. I have seen him get into crawl spaces and attics that only the brave would do.
I used another inspection company that did easily find the crawl space access so they didn't go into it. My agent and I found the access and opened it.
