Steve Keiser was very thorough and very knowledgeable. After spending a great deal of time and effort looking in EVERY nook and cranny, Steve spent even more time walking us through the house while he pointed out every detail he noticed, even thinks like missing calk under an overhang in a shower stall! Steve did the house inspection and was very professional. However while doing the inspection we talked of him doing work
in the house to bring the house up to speed. He was to send estimates the next week which I did not get. I have called several times plus emailed and got no reply. He was to call back several times but did not. I understand there was a death in the family and my deepest sympathy for it. But just asking a reply to see if they were interested in doing the work we had agreed to I do not think was to much to ask...
