Keven was exactly what you are looking for in a home inspector. Clearly knowledgeable about his field with the experience to support it. The property we had inspected was fifty years old and had had questionable maintenance over the years, as well as some "unique" improvements. Keven had extensive experience in the area and with homes of all sizes, ages, and condition and was in no way daunted.

He did an excellent job prioritizing what needed to be done. His report was extensive, yet easy to read for a layperson. The information we gained from his inspection has been invaluable with creating a plan to restore and renovate.

Honestly, we were initially skeptical about having a thermal but since purchasing a home is a big investment we thought it wouldn't hurt. Turned out it was worth every penny, and probably would have paid more. Keven takes pride in his job and is incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and has a critical eye; Obviously all things you desire in an inspector. This was our second inspection and it was supposed to be thermal-only, but Keven found several items that were of concern that our first inspector did not find such as a leak above our bathroom (something you would never find in a traditional inspection that didn't leave trace). The fact that he took the time to look around outside the thermal was impressive. The report we received was also incredibly impressive and concise with pictures to help the reader understand exactly the problem they're looking at even though they're not well-versed in the lingo. If we could do it again, we probably would have gone with Keven only.
