This is the second time I've used Tom's services in the last 2 years for home inspections and he is top notch, takes the time to educate you on how things work and explain any issues he finds no matter how small or large the issue may be. Tom is super-efficient and gets you a full report by the end of business the same day he does the inspection. Both times I've used Tom I had to get the inspections done quickly, in a just a few days and Tom always delivers and gives you a fast appointment time, he arrives on time or slightly early and is ready to go. Tom's services were so good the first time I consider him my own home inspector and called him again over using the realtors recommended people that weren't rated all that highly. Both the listing agent and my buyer broker were so impressed with Tom's inspection they were eager to add him as a preferred home inspector for their buyers/colleagues to use. I've very happy with my report, Tom's write-up and his photos are awesome. I wish I could use Tom as my handyman too he is so good! You will love making a call to Tom for your home inspection! Tom did an excellent job inspecting my home. As a first time home buyer, Tom took his time to explain to me anything that I had questions about. He also did a great job pointing things out to me during the inspection. Further, Tom always communicates back promptly, whether you email, call, or text him, about anything related to the inspection and issues that he has in the report. At the first home Tom inspected for me, there was some significant foundational issues. This prompted me to not go forward with the purchase of that home.
