I've been using Dennis for several years now and he's always done a good job on the inspections to find the things about a home that need addressing. He's also good to go through the results with my buyer and give an indication of the level of severity along with recommendations of what he finds without scaring the buyer away. He lays out the evidence for the buyer to make a good decision about the purchase.

Very thorough, explain every little detail and friendly and approachable with questions. They take their time and walk you through all parts of the house and explain things in lamen terms to help you understand potential issues and whats larger issue versus what is smaller one.
