Ken was very pleasant to deal with and his work style is thorough and detail oriented. He took the time to really evaluate everything thus providing a very informative report with many images (including 360 degree) and clear comments/explanations. The thermal camera technology he uses to measure potential heat (electrical issues) and cool (water issues) I found extremely valuable. On the surface things may look fine but with the camera he was able to point out safety and potential cost concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home -- if there are issues he will find them.

We've bought and sold a fair number of properties and worked with home inspectors before but I will say Ken was the best, hands down. Several items to mention: First - Ken did a quick review of the inspection with me in person after he was finished by going over the outside and the inside of the house in person. This was very helpful when reading the inspection document because I was already familiar with what was in it. The report has pictures of each line item and details conditions. The report is very easy to read because each line item is accompanied by pictures. No need to write down anything. Ken was very professional and available for any questions.
