LLoyd is extremely professional, for example, he called and told us he was delayed for the inspection, so none of that "will he show up?" issue. He came, spent at least four hours inspecting. After he was done, he called again, and told us that he needed to research our attic ventilation, and would need a few more days to research, as the configuration was something he was not thoroughly knowledgeable about. Turns out that there is an issue, and it was documented in the report for to give to our builder. Even better, after inspecting another house in our neighborhood, he discovered another issue part of our HVAC, remembered that it was also misconfigured in our house, and reissued the report with that item documented. Very through, very professional, I have recommended LLB to several of our neighbors.

Hired LLP Inspections to come out to our. Mr. Lloyd Brown was on time. He explained his process and he got started. Just prior to completion we both entered the attic. It was there that Lloyd found several items of interest to nite. He took his time to explain and educate me on what we were seeing, mainly ventilation (HVAC) and insulation issues.
Lloyd took the time and a deep dive, including calling the manufacturer of my (HVAC) system, so both of us could understand the system.
Lloyd was professional, on time, and thorough to his inspection. I would absolutely recommend his services for anyone needing to understand their home, either old or new. So happy I made this decision.

Excellent service! Llyod was very systematic and methodological in his approach. He allowed me to shadow him as he took his time to thoroughly look over each area and then explain/educate on what was wrong and compare it to what one would normally expect .
