Testimonials
Luke is Eugene's inspection super hero. He was super fast responding to our request, super thorough - crawling under floors, climbing up and into attics, onto roofs, observing details we had looked right at and missed completely - and super service oriented. We had failed to have the power turned back on for his visit, which we discovered half way through the inspection, and so Luke made the whole trip out and inspection TWICE, and refused payment for the re-inspection even though it was entirely our fault. On the second inspection round, he found me headed under the house on my own to look at the foundation and gently insisted on lending me his ventilation system for safety, which I accepted and later appreciated greatly after getting underneath the house amid all the insulation and accumulated dust. I didn't notice half of the issues under the house that Luke identified on his trip, but it was great to see things for myself and experience all the signs I'd missed that Luke found. Super report. Super debrief with the family to explain findings and answer questions. Super experience.

Very thorough inspection, many helpful comments and suggestions. If we ever move again, we'll definitely want him for the inspection.

I am so glad we hired Luke. Turns out, he first house he inspected was a complete danger zone and Luke really saved us from that mistake! We had him inspect the home we are purchasing now, this report was much more reasonable. Since one of my friends has a roofing company, I will start there with someone I know, trust and has roofed another house I owned.
Thank you Luke, I highly recommend you!
