Garrett was very professional and did a quality inspection of the property. He found things that was overlooked by myself and the project manager during my walkthrough. Thanks to him these items could be addressed before closing and my family and I could move into our dream home with peace of mind. I would also like to add he was very flexible as well with returning at a different date then originally scheduled when the home was found not ready for inspection.
