It was less than 24 hours from the time we called the office to check into a wind mitigation inspection, until the time the inspection was completed. The report followed within a few days. Carlos responded immediately to our request, followed up to confirm what he needed to complete the inspection, and then showed up even earlier (but not without calling first to see if it was okay) than scheduled. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him.
