Mr. McNear helped save us from buying house that had a lot issues that couldn't been seen from our perspective. The inspections are real thorough, he also gives you details and explanations problems that are found and what needs to be done to resolve them.
This is the second time within a month that we had Mr. McNear have do our House Inspections for the reason that the first house we looked at as a dream home really to find out was a nightmare after Mr. McNear pointed out all the issues it really had and we would have spent a fortune getting it up to living conditions that we wouldn't have seen without all his knowledge and professionalism.
