This duo team did a fantastic job. They checked literally EVERYTHING! As a first time homebuyer, I felt nervous about what I was walking into and although the home was older and newly renovated, I needed to know what was going on that I couldn’t see. The Bryans wasted no time getting down to work and we even had a few laughs along the way.
At the end of their inspection, they gave me a brief on site report which helped me to make informed decisions with my realtor. The report that was written was very detailed and easy to read. They definitely made the process easy and less stressful for me and for that I am truly grateful.
