The best of the best...in addition to my clients who give VIP a 10, I have a home inspection on my personal home every five years and Ken has saved me much more than the cost of the inspection just by identifying current/future repair concerns and by suggesting measures to save on heating costs. I have yet to find a housing improvement "want" from water filtration to water cutoff valve that he didn't have a cost effective solution for me to discuss with my electrician/plumber, etc.

I debated whether to have an inspection because I thought I gave the townhouse a pretty good inspection inspection and I have some construction experience.
Ken did a very thorough inspection and found 11 things I missed. Many of them minor but when you add them and total them if I had to have someone to fix would have cost me $2,000. Negotiated that $2,000 off of my purchase price.
Ken efficiently went through his findings at the END of his inspection. This saved me 2 1/2 hours of time at a very busy time at work.

I was very pleased with my home inspection performed by VIP. Ken was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Although I am purchasing a new home I still wanted independent assurance that there were no concerns with the construction or systems. Ken and his team were very thorough and efficient. Before leaving, Ken personally reviewed the full inspection with me on his computer and physically showed me all items contained in the report. Going above and beyond, he also showed me how some items in the home worked and provided some tips for safety and utility cost savings as well. I received the full electronic report two hours after the inspection was completed. I can see why VIP was recommended by my realtor and I am very happy with every aspect of the experience. Thank you!
