Randy and his team are the perfect team to inspect your home. The house I am purchasing is only 10 years old. So I considered skipping the inspection. Was i glad I hired Randy and his team! Even a new home can have deficiencies that either the builder skipped on or even in just 10 years materials can fail, and builder quality can show up its ugly head.

Randy Ryning did an outstanding job providing a focused, thorough and honest assessment of the pre-purchase condition of our new home. He carefully moved from Exterior (roof, foundation, structural, siding, drainage, heat pumps) to Interior (HVAC, electrical, flooring, appliances) and highlighted areas that met standards as well as those that needed repair. From the quick response to my initial contact to the super fast turn-around on providing the report, Randy was the epitome of competence and professionalism. Even though the property is small, he spent several hours going over it with the proverbial fine-toothed comb, from donning hazmat gear to squeeze into the tiny crawl space under house to bringing a giant ladder to get into the little space above the vaulted ceilings, and he also had a drone to visualize the roof.
