The only thing I would change is I?d give 100+ stars if I could. HANDS DOWN: we would not want any one else to do our home inspection. We just met Phil and he did a PHENOMENAL job. His diligence, and I mean literally every single square inch of the property, provided us with an EXTREMELY thorough inspection report. Although the report is long, he makes it very easy to understand an he provides ideas/solutions/pictures. He was/is awesome. (Thanks again, Phil). As first time home owners, he made us feel SO comfortable asking as many questions as we wanted through out his inspection.
Ps. He even passed my parent?s approval (keep in mind my mother is Sicilian so she is sassy and has high standards). My husband and father were also very impressed. WE APPRECIATE YOU PHIL!!!! Thanks again.
