I requested an inspection of the rental home I have resided in since August 2016 to present October 2023 . This request was made to simply have professional documentation about some concerns with changes in the home and outside that I've noticed since moving in and to protect my roommate and myself if an event were to occur due to things being as they are . I rent as if I own , so we have put in time, labor, and money to maintain, upgrade and improve the looks of the outside , i.e. the yard ,drive ,landscaping etc . This home is special and unique and if the owner would decide to stop renting , this inspection would serve as proof of present conditions ; both good and not so good . Matt was referred to me by a friend that is also involved with real estate areas. Matt was upfront from our first conversation on the phone , explained what I could do and expect from him and his services . He sent his email shortly after our call , once I signed it, our appointment was confirmed. He was on time , respectful of home and furnishings, complete and thorough . he said He would be like a "spider monkey climbing around " , very nice and polite gentleman . Report was in my email at promised time. I feel very comfortable recommending Matt's company to anyone who requires a house inspection. 5 stars or 10 stars , I feel like you will be satisfied .

We asked Matt to perform inspections on both the home that we were selling AND the home we were purchasing. His diligence in identifying issues allowed us to fix our issues prior to going to market, and resulted in an extremely quick sale. He was able to find some items of great concern on the home that we were looking to purchase, as well, which made for a smoother transaction. Not only does Matt show up on time and be professional, he takes the time to answer questions and explain what he has found.
