Phil and his wife were great! This is our first home purchase and they certainly made this part of the inspection process easy and educational. They were prompt, on time, and very efficient; received a fully detailed inspection report promptly the next day. With his past experience, he was able to walk us through What they were checking, Why they were checking it, Why it was important to inspect, and When/How to inspect it again ourselves down the line to ensure proper maintenance. Although they were just there for an inspection, ourselves and our new home are better for it. 10/10; would recommend them to anyone!
