We were blessed to have Mike as our home inspector. Our real estate agent called about 5 guys but Mike was the only one that was available immediately as we needed a pre-inspection. The first house we liked a lot but when Mike did the inspection, there were so many little things wrong that we didn't see so we didn't proceed with an offer. It was worth losing the fee instead of being stuck with a money pit! A week later, we hired Mike again on another pre-inspection. He was available immediately and he was very thorough (and picky, the way we like it). There were many offers on this house and because we got a pre-inspection, we ended at the top and we bought the house! We highly recommend Mike! â??Mike is Amazing!â?? to quote my co worker who simply could not recommend him enthusiastically enough, and boy he was right! Not only was Mike incredibly thorough and detailed in his inspection and report but he was more than happy to let me follow along as he checked the place out. Mike gave us lots of tips on simple maintenance items that needed to be completed to make the best of the house as well as potential problem areas to watch out for. This house was in need of several repairs and it was incredibly reassuring to have Mikeâ??s input in mind when listening to contractors quote the work. He also went far above and beyond the call of duty with his flexibility in the scheduling of our inspection and additionally providing the subsequent detailed clarifications our bank needed in order to approve our loan. We were in a short sale with a terribly tight schedule and needed an inspection on short notice. Mike was so willing to help us out that he slid his personal travel plans to fit us in
