Ray was very flexible and able to help us arrange for a next-day inspection for a time-sensitive condo purchase. He was incredibly thorough and made us feel very comfortable from start to finish. From the time I initially called him to the completion of the inspection and corresponding report was less than 24 hours. We're very happy and would recommend Ray to anyone else with no hesitation.
