Ronnie was amazing from the first moment that we talked on the phone. Initially, there was a conflict in scheduling and Ronnie was not able to make it but still provided advice on how to find another inspector. Luckily, Ronnie called back the next morning (Tuesday) and said that he would be available after all for a Wednesday inspection. The whole process with him was great. he explained everything that he saw. The report is easy to understand and there are pictures which better clarify concerns. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Ronnie to everyone.

I am a first time home buyer and I had to get an inspection very quickly. I contacted two other inspectors who did not have the time for me or my inspection. I found out by my attorney on a Friday that I needed to get an inspection of the home immediately. I did a online search on Saturday and found Mr. Deluca's information. He had his entire contact information online, so it was very easy to get in contact with him. I called him and told him my situation. He was very courteous, understanding and kind. He spent about 20 minutes on the phone telling his background and his credentials. He agreed to do the inspection the next morning which was very short notice for him. The next day he was there and on time. He went through the entire home, explaining everything to me point by point. He did not use words I could not understand. He spent about 3 and 1/2 hours in the home. I got the reports the same day so that I could email them to my attorney. This company no lie is amazing. I have nothing vested in this company to lie. Seriously if you are looking for a top notch, professional, knowledgeable. kind, courteous, understanding inspector Mr. Ronnie is the one!!!!!!
