A superior comprehensive home inspection at a very reasonable price. Mr Harmon spent almost 4 hours at the property inspecting and then explaining his findings in great detail. He took numerous photographs and video and incorporated this documentation in an easy to read and understand report. I have dealt with a number of Home Inspectors and without question, Mr Harmon is by far the best. In a situation where details matter, Mr Harmon far exceeded my expectations. Well worth the inspection fee.

I had two inspections done for this property, one by Robert Harmon, and another by a large company. Robert wins hands-down in the level of details and thoroughness in his inspection and report. Unlike the large company, he does not quote repair costs, which create a conflict of interest. His comprehensive report includes videos, and infra-red imaging of relevant areas.
He was on time, has a pleasant demeanor, and answered all questions patiently. Would highly recommend him to any of my contacts who need this service.

In addition to being an excellent listener, you did an great job delivering 3 separate reports for the 3 stand alone structures on my potential property (most people would have provided one report).
You were punctual, polite, hands-on, detailed, well informed and extremely professional.
Buyers - I would never personally trust a seller provided inspection report (there was a stark contrast in findings between Robert's report and the seller's report).
Sellers - do yourselves a favor and figure out what you need to get fixed to provide a clean bill of health for the home you're selling.
I very rarely provide reviews but am so pleased with the service and work product that I received that it simply would not have been appropriate for me not to give you the credit and appreciation you deserve for your hard work.

Robert's inspection was very thorough and fell exactly in line with the timeframe and price he quoted me over the phone.
