Adam was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough throughout the inspection process. He spent several hours at the property and provided me with advance notice prior to his arrival. By the time I arrived for post-inspection review, he had already documented all builder noncompliances, complete with photographs and clear verbalized specific corrective action items.
He reviewed each noncompliant item with me in detail and offered reasonable, passable solutions for many of the simpler, non-structural issues. After the inspection and walkthrough, he also offered to return to re-evaluate high-priority concerns, including an AC unit that was leaking into the attic and posed a significant risk of further damage if left unaddressed.
Within a few days, the full inspection report was available online with detailed descriptions and images of all noncompliances, making it easy to share with my realtor and builder. Having this information delivered so quickly and thoroughly documented allowed my builder to expedite repairs and for me to close on my home on a very tight timeline, which was critical since I had been asked to vacate my rental within 30 days.
