I was very pleased with the inspection. The house had many problems and it was "as is" , so i could not buy the house . I did not realize that the home owner would require me to repair the holes put in the house in wood rot locations made by inside and out. Was i a dumb bunny for signing the standard real estate contract? Was i suppose to tell Robert not to inspect for wood rot until after the WDO inspection was done the same day? I thought i was hiring someone that knew about real estate. I obviously do not .
