Charges convenience fee, didn't bother to tell that. I would have wrote out a check and put in the mail. I thought I was doing a good thing by paying him right way.
I get the request to sign his contract at 5:15pm the night before the inspection at 8:05 AM. I thought I had to sign it immediately to get the inspection done...
Does not inspect detached garages - "It is a sperate building."
Inspects the roof but needs a roofer to re -inspect the roof. Doesn't run a portable dishwasher since its not hooked up to test. (thought that was part of an inspection)
No date on the furnace or picture to see if it had a date of when it was installed
