Ryan did a fine job with my inspection, he was very thorough in inspecting my roof and commented to me as to the excellant condition i keep my rental home.
I was a residential contractor in my younger days and i know that a bad roof is an expensive luxury! With buildings its pay me now or later with later being more expensive! Its much better to maintain your buildings so you dont have any surprise repairs. Thanks Ryan!
