I was looking for an inspector in the Salt Lake City area. I was not familiar with any in that area since I live in South Dakota. I used the NRVIA website to find inspectors in the area.
Based on the RV Patch Mobile Repair website listing his services, I went with Chad. We did everything via email and text. He was quick to respond and very helpful when I had a question.
When our RV arrived in Draper UT, I reached to Chad on a Tuesday and he was available to do the inspection that Saturday. I do appreciate the thoroughness with which he did the inspection as well as the report. I also appreciated that their webtools allowed us to convert the issues in his report into a pdf that could be sent to the dealer.
I definitely recommend using Chad for RV inspections.

Chad was excellent! The process started with Chad reaching out to me to make sure I understood his inspection process, and to see if I had any specific concerns. The inspection occurred on Saturday, and he notified me when the inspection started and ended. The detailed reported arrived a few hours after the inspection was completed. Even a detailed report may raise questions, and Chad was very responsive to my questions. Although the unit wasn't in perfect shape, the report, and Chad's response to my questions gave me the confidence to move ahead with the purchase.

My first experience with an RV Inspector even though I have purchase four (4) RV's in the past. After several prior issues with even brand new RV's, I finally decided to pay the cost for a Certified Inspector. That was a very, very smart thing to do because it resulted in disclosing many critical things that a private owner had not disclosed. As a result of Chad Larsen's extremely detailed and professional report, it prevented me from spending a lot of money for a Class B RV that I would have surely regretted.
