I may need someone to prepare our house until we can come back late in the year to furnish it. Just a few things. drain and shut off the water heater. Unplug and leave the fridge open. Perhaps view the condition of the repairs you suggested. I'll pay you for it.

Simply outstanding, exceptional. I interviewed several inspectors before working with Bill Schultz. He took the time to answer all my questions. From that I had high expectations, which he exceeded on the job. He was thorough, professional, friendly, patient, clear in his explanations. As a home buyer I wanted an honest and detailed inspection for two reasons. One, to identify any red flags that might affect the home purchase. Two, to have a list of items to address myself after moving in. Every house has issues. I'd rather know the truth than get a quickie whitewash just to close a deal. Bill's depth of knowledge is amazing. I look forward to working with Bill again.
