Steven really knows his stuff. He was thorough and took his time to make sure he inspected the entire house. He also gave great explanations of the issues. And even after the inspection, he took time out of his day to answer all our questions. The report that we received was very detailed (it included pictures, comments, and an overall summary), but very understandable. Steven offers a great 5 star package that includes the standard home inspection, pest inspection, air quality and radon tests for a reasonable price. I have been in this business for 10 years. In September/October 2012 Steven Johnson was the buyer's inspector on one of my listings. Mr. Johnson was extremely professional and courteous. He explained things during the inspection as well as following up with a well written report in case I didn't remember well.
