I have used Blaine Stewart and his team for many home inspections over the last 7 years and would highly recommend their services. Blaine is very meticulous in his inspections and detailed in his reports. On one of the inspections, Blaine and his team took several hours to methodically conduct a thorough check of a house and identify all the faults and necessary repairs. He takes time after the inspection to patiently explain his findings and provides tips on how problems can be fixed. His inspection reports are long and filled with photographs and recommendations. I also appreciated that Blaine is willing to make himself available to my clients & I for questions and guidance after he has completed his reports.
