Worth every penny! Steve has several great qualities but the one that stands out the most is he is a great communicator. Thoughout the process I never wondered if or when he would be letting us know what he found out. We came into this process with an elation about spending so much money and camping in a class C. Just a tiny bit of trepidation because the unit wasn’t new so I felt we should get an inspector. We were soooooo lucky to have found him. He texted when he arrived, then when he started the inspection. Then when completed we got a phone call. We fully expected to hear that we were golden! Sadly Steve found several items that were damaged or inoperable. Then evidence of water damage while this unit is sitting in the weather for months for sale. Additionally engine neglect was apparent. He very sweetly let us down off our pink cloud with objective facts. I can see know that we could have figured some of this out on our own if we knew where to look. But ultimately there were a number of items I never would have known to look for. Have landed in reality we decided to pass on the purchase and find another RV. Having said that I feel so grateful for his thoroughness and experience level. Very professional but also realistic. Worth every penny!!!

We hired Steven Wiggins for an inspection on a used 31 ft travel trailer that was in spectacular condition. This particular dealer was hesitant about allowing inspectors due to some issues in the past. When I asked to talk to the general manager he reluctantly agreed to allow Steven to come and provided him the necessary hookups to perform the inspection. Steven handled the situation gracefully and with the utmost professionalism. The inspection went smooth and he communicated with me throughout the day as needed. In the end this inspection revealed some major water damage to the underpass storage floor that the salesman had quickly explained as "normal" along with a couple of other serious flaws. Steven's report was very detailed including photos with arrows, videos and lots of pics with detailed notes. When he talks you through it on the phone, Steven explains things in a way that's easy to understand allowing you to further your own knowledge on what to look out for in the future. Without this inspection we would have inherited all the problems/repairs of this otherwise beautiful RV. I would definitely recommend Steven to those looking for a premier level inspection in the greater Nashville area.
