I asked him specifically if the cracks in the brick on my back porch were indicative of foundation issues to which he replied "no". 2 years later the problem has continued to become worse. Had the house inspected and repairs are going to cost $20k. And yes, the foundation inspector said there was no way this wasn't going on even I bought it.
