Tom was helpful and professional. He was easy to get along with and explained everything that he was doing without making it feel like he was annoyed or bored with explaining everything. He did a great job pointing out everything that was unsatisfactory to us and the builder who was on site during the inspection. Tom did a great job holding the building accountable for everything that was supposed to be accomplished prior to the inspection that wasn't (Gas turned on, and HVAC condenser instillation). I will be recommending Tom to friends that are looking to buy in the area soon. (Plus he gave us a Military discount!)

Thanks for the very comprehensive report. The aluminum wiring is a concern. How much of a fire hazard is this? Do you have an electrician you would contact, if this were your house? Is the elevated patio in the back needing the handrails and railings a code requirement? It seems it should be required by some city or county code because of the safety issues.
