From what I can see from Byron's report he did a thorough job. The report was very professional and very detailed. The pictures attached to the report really helped to further explain the deficiencies as well as the location of said deficiencies. However, I have not been in the house personally so I can't really rate Byron on the aspect of attention to detail and to whether or not something was missed or not. Overall, since I am stationed away from the FT. Bragg area I would have to say he did an amazing job.

We had a somewhat last minute need for a home inspection on brand new construction. Mr. Ling responded quickly & did an outstanding job! He found things that we very important to know prior to closing. The best $ we've ever spent towards a home purchase. He was prompt, professional, and very thorough. The builder was not thrilled that we had found so many problems but it was such a relief to have something solid vs just our complaints to back up all the issues. The report & pictures were wonderful & allowed us to point out very specific items to the builder that he was not able to deny. Highly recommend! We'll be calling on him again towards the end of our 1 year builders warranty.
