
Becoming a member of HomeGauge’s private Facebook group is a cinch — those who wish to join will be asked 3 simple questions, including whether they agree to the HomeGauge Community group rules (be sure to read these over thoroughly before joining and posting!).
The HomeGauge Community group is full of HomeGauge Team members who can help with HomeGauge software and web services user questions, who frequently respond to posts, and who can escalate to our Product, Support, and Web Services teams.
In addition to HomeGauge users’ posts, inspectors will find they use the HomeGauge Community group to get help from an official source, enjoy series like “Did You Know?” and “Web Tip Wednesdays,” learn tips and tricks, and help each other through questions and discussion. For the benefit of all members, including the HomeGauge team, the group takes a zero tolerance policy on abusive behavior.
The HomeGauge Community Facebook group is led by the HomeGauge Community Team and is supported with the Community Forum.
