It is our mission to continue providing you with convenient, timely support, so we have added a new help and live chat button to the Inspector Dashboard! This is the same, easy to use widget that is already available on our Support Center. We hope this makes us even more accessible to you within your workflow.
While in the Inspector Dashboard, you can now simply click on the orange “Help” button in the bottom right corner of your screen, and you will be able to search our resource pages for answers, live chat directly with a Support Team member during business hours, and even send a message after hours so we can follow-up with you directly as soon as we’re back in the office.
We plan on rolling this functionality out to our Web Writer within the next few weeks, so keep an eye out for that new functionality too!
